A new packaging design offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution for selling and displaying surfboard fins. The design features a simple shape that encases approximately half of the fin, with the tips exposed to showcase color, shape, and quantity variations. The packaging is versatile, functioning both as a display unit in surf shops and a storage solution at home. A small hook at the top allows the box to hang on shelves, while its stable structure lets it stand upright once the hook is removed. Inspired by the leading brand Futures, the packaging graphics are derived from one of their fin models. This prototype is crafted using thin cardboard and a laser cutter.
